  • We have no restocking fees within 90 days for undamaged, uninstalled items.
  • If we made a mistake or the item is defective, we’ll cover return shipping.
  • If you ordered the wrong item, you pay return shipping—but we’ll refund the item when it arrives in new, resellable condition.

Returns must be authorized. Please contact us first to get an RGA number.

Keep the packaging and call us immediately.

We’ll arrange a replacement.

We do need a credit card on file to send the replacement.

If the damaged item isn’t returned within 90 days, we’ll need to charge for the replacement.

Orders for in-stock items placed by 4:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday, ship the same day.
Weekend orders ship the next business day (excluding major U.S. holidays).

Out-of-stock or non-stocked items usually ship in 3–5 business days, depending on vendor availability.

If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, it will ship when everything is available—unless you request split shipping (extra charges may apply).

We ship via UPS from our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Need a different shipping method or want to pick up locally? Just contact us.

Note: UPS doesn’t reliably deliver to PO Boxes. Please check with your post office before using one.

You can also call us to pay by phone, wire, or EFT. We will soon implement PayPal.

We charge sales tax for orders shipped to:

MI, FL, WI, GA, IL, AR, and TX.

Local pickups are charged Michigan sales tax.

If you’re tax-exempt, contact us to get approved.

International customers are responsible for any import fees imposed by the destination country at the border.

All warranties follow the manufacturer’s terms, which vary. Contact us with your order number, and we’ll help right away.

We are not an RV dealership or service center, but we work with dozens of OEMs to buy the actual OEM parts that go on travel trailer and fifth wheels. In some cases, we can provide aftermarket or alternative parts, but we prefer to sell only exact OEM replacement parts.
